PVC coated wire is a material with a layer of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene on the surface of annealed wire, galvanized wire and other materials. The coating is firmly and uniformly attached to the metal wire, forming the characteristics of anti-aging, anti-corrosion, anti-cracking, and long life. Steel wire coated with polyvinyl chloride can be used as a tying wire for daily tying and industrial tying. PVC-coated wires can also be used for wire hangers or handicraft production.

Differences between plastic/PVC coating and PVC dipping:
Plastic coating refers to the technical treatment of the surface treatment of metal wires. The solid plastic is melted into liquid plastic at high temperature, and then the metal wire material is put into the plastic stream, and after a certain period of time, it is taken out. Dipping refers to the process of surface treatment on the finished steel wire mesh. Welded steel wire mesh or braided steel wire mesh is treated with PVC impregnation to further protect it from the weather and have better corrosion resistance.
