Production process and application of hot-dip galvanized iron wire

Hot dip galvanized iron wire is an iron wire produced by drawing, heating, and then drawing a wire rod, and finally coating the surface with zinc through a hot-dip process. According to different application environments, there are other different names such as electro-galvanized iron wire, Black Annealed Wire, PVC Coated Galvanized Iron Wire and so on.

The amount of zinc on hot-dip galvanized iron wire is generally controlled in the range of 30g/m^2—290g/m^2 according to the requirements of the use environment. Because the products produced by the hot-dip galvanizing process have a long anti-corrosion life and a wide range of use environments, hot-dip galvanized iron wires are widely used in various fields such as heavy industry, light industry, and agriculture in the form of nets, ropes, and wires.
