Chicken wire netting installation
Step 1
Choose proper fencing posts. You can attach your chicken netting to wooden post or metal post, it's easy to use the wooden post, and metal posts are featured by the high strength and durability.
Step 2
Be careful, it's best to put on metal gloves to unroll 3 or 4 feet of wire and then fold the last 3 inches of wire over to make a smooth ending surface without wires hanging out.
Step 3
Attach chicken wire to a good position in the fence frame. If you choose wooden post, you should use the staple gun or fencing staples and run them along the edge of it about every 6 inches. Then use 6 to 8 inches wire pieces to wrap the fence wire mesh and the post, twist the ends of the wire at least six times until the fence is tight and firm, next bend the ends to avoid injury.
Step 4
Unroll enough chicken wire to install next part. Use your hands to stretch the chicken wire and then attach it to your frame.
Step 5
Continue to attach the hexagonal chicken wire to other parts until finish. Then cut the wire to proper length plus additional 3 to 4 inches. Bend the end of chicken wire and attach it to the frame to ensure the safety.
