If we want to accomplish Hot-dipped galvanized iron wire producing, choosing wire rod is the most important step, then descaling, drawing, spooling, annealing, acid pickling, galvanizing, finally taking up and packing. 

Regular zinc-coating is about 40-60grams/㎡ and heavy zinc-coating is above 220grams/㎡. We have seven galvanizing lines, one line is for 0.4mm-1.5mm, the other six lines are for 1.6mm-4.8mm.
