Phosphor bronze is made of copper, zinc, tin, and phosphorus. The Phosphor Bronze Woven Mesh is made of plain or twill fabric. Tin provides corrosion resistance and strength. Phosphorus can improve wear resistance. Phosphor bronze screens with these functions are commonly used in filtration and separation applications.
The phosphor bronze wire mesh is composed of copper, zinc, tin and phosphorus. There are three kinds of metal wires to choose from: C51000 (CuSn4) phosphor bronze, C51900 (CuSn6) phosphor bronze, C52100 (CuSn6). It can also be reduced to the required size according to customer requirements.
Specification of The Phosphor Bronze Woven Mesh:

Application of The Phosphor Bronze Woven Mesh
Phosphor Bronze Woven Mesh is indeed strong, tough, low friction coefficient, weldable, easy to form, and can be made into a fine structure. It is mainly used in harsh environments where chemical corrosion, wear and metal fatigue play an important role.
In the construction and decoration industry, it is used for screens on interior and exterior walls.
In the EMI and RFI shielding industry, used in shielding rooms and Faraday cages.
In the filtration and separation industry, it is used for filter discs and test sieves.
In the petroleum and chemical industries, it is used as a watermark in security paper.
