Phosphor bronze is made of copper, zinc, tin, and phosphorus. The Phosphor Bronze Woven Mesh is made of plain or twill fabric. Tin provides corrosion resistance and strength. Phosphorus can improve wear resistance. Phosphor bronze screens with these functions are commonly used in filtration and separation applications.
The phosphor bronze wire mesh is composed of copper, zinc, tin and phosphorus. There are three kinds of metal wires to choose from: C51000 (CuSn4) phosphor bronze, C51900 (CuSn6) phosphor bronze, C52100 (CuSn6). It can also be reduced to the required size according to customer requirements.
